Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Network & Security Engineer (L3) who will be responsible for managing and securing our network infrastructure, supporting escalated issues, ensuring compliance with security standards, and leading project implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in BRD and Functional Design Document review meetings.
- Own change requests and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
- Ensure security compliance across IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Validate architecture/configuration changes by other teams.
- Close audit findings with evidence and maintain documentation.
- Assist in secure design and deployment of new branch infrastructure.
- Implement security best practices across all network devices.
- Provide offsite/on-site support for technical installations and configurations.
- Act as L3 escalation point for network and security issues.
- Maintain up-to-date network documentation, processes, and diagrams.
- Lead vulnerability remediation activities as per CERT, SOC, and OEM guidelines.
- Manage user authentication (TACACS, RADIUS), access control, and encrypted password policies.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for advanced technical resolutions.
- Support 24x7 environment and manage technical escalations.

- Cisco Products (Nexus 9K, ACI, Cisco FTD, Routers, Switches)
- Cisco ACI (SDN)
- Fortinet & Cisco FTD Firewalls
- NAT Configuration & Firewall Rule Review
- LAN/WAN/VPN & Data Center Network Architecture
- Network Security Protocols (PAP, CHAP, AAA, IPS, APTs)
- Vulnerability Management (CERT, OEM, SOC)
- Routing Protocols and End-to-End Troubleshooting
- TACACS, RADIUS, User Access Control
- ITIL Process Knowledge (Incident & Problem Management)
- Documentation & Network Design
- OEM Vendor Coordination
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNP / CCIE / Fortinet NSE
- Cisco Security Certifications
- ITIL Certification
Other Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and a good team player
- Excellent client interaction and communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
