Job Description


Role & responsibilities

  • Understand the company's product thoroughly its features, functionalities, and value proposition.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demos to clients, tailored to their needs.
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and the engineering team.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams for improvements.
  • Assist in creating documentation, FAQs, and support materials to streamline client onboarding and usage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and feature updates.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts (training will be provided).
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Client-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle and SaaS tools (preferred, not mandatory).
