Marketing Manager Salesforce Services (B2B IT)
Position Title: Marketing Manager Salesforce Services
Experience Required: 810 years

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and content marketing for our Salesforce services portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, proven expertise in lead generation, and knowledge of Salesforce Clouds. You will play a key role in developing multi-channel strategies, creating compelling content, and optimizing campaigns to generate qualified leads for our Salesforce consulting and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated lead generation and demand gen campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market clients for Salesforce services.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows leveraging Marketo.
  • Create, manage, and distribute high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages) that resonates with decision-makers and supports the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Segment audiences and design personalized customer journeys using Salesforce tools, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay current on Salesforce cloud offerings (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.), industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data hygiene.
  • Mentor junior marketers and share Salesforce marketing best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 810 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead/demand generation and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and how they deliver value to clients.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and campaign personalization within Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality B2B content.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting, data analysis, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
