Job Description

Overseethe product manufacturing process to ensure quality

Activelyparticipate in production meetings with the product development team

Ensuringthe appropriate planning and management of the test resources forvarious projects

Develop Test planfor various tasks, dependencies, limitations, risks and obtain support from allstakeholders

Assigntask to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them havesufficient work in the project.

Ensurecontent and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts isdocumented and maintained as per company quality management system

Escalatethe issues about project requirements related to Software, Hardware andResources to appropriate stakeholder

Organizethe status meetings and get the Status Report (Daily, Weekly)from testing resource

Estimateand obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required toperform the testing

Reviewvarious reports prepared by Test engineers

Prepares/ updates the metrics dashboard and Defect prevention report at the end of aphase or at the completion of project.

Bachelorsdegree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field

10+ yearsof experience with 5+ years quality management experience

Proficiencyis executing and owning quality controls

Must haveworking knowledge with Object Oriented Programing.

Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills

Strongknowledge of calibration and ability to develop Traceability Matrix and ReverseTraceability Matrix

Understandingof Automation / Performance testing will be added skill

Impeccable communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Excellentawareness of Quality Lexicon

BasicUnderstanding of global standards like PCI, HIPPA, ISO etc
