Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and innovative developer with up to 6 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of generative AI, machine learning, and backend API development using Python and modern frameworks like FastAPI and Flask. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying scalable machine learning models, preparing and processing data, and building robust API services that integrate advanced AI solutions into production environments. Key Responsibilities: Generative AI & Machine Learning: Develop, implement, and fine-tune generative AI models and machine learning algorithms for real-world applications. Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to translate research into production-ready code. Data Preparation & Processing: Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets to support training, validation, and inference tasks. Optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and resource utilization. Backend API Development: Design, build, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications, incorporating best practices in API design and microservices architecture. Collaboration & Code Quality: Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions. Document technical processes and maintain high standards of code quality, security, and scalability. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends in AI, machine learning, and backend development to continually improve system performance and capabilities. Experiment with new tools and frameworks to drive innovation within the team. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor?s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience: Up to 6 years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on involvement in machine learning and backend API development projects. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Python programming. Demonstrated experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python-based web frameworks. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, generative AI techniques, and data preparation methods. Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying machine learning models and APIs. Understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen interest in continuous learning and self-improvement.
