Job Title: Gen AI Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Gen AI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, robust generative AI systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in AI/ML, with a focus on GenAI frameworks, and play a critical role in integrating these technologies into real-world business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, resilient, and efficient generative AI systems.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to integrate generative AI into various business domains and applications.
  
• Lead the research and development of cutting-edge GenAI algorithms and models.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
  
• Ensure alignment of GenAI systems with evolving business requirements.
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members on GenAI concepts and best practices.
  
• Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML and assess their relevance to business needs.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 8 - 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, with strong emphasis on generative AI.
  
• Proficient in programming languages and frameworks like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing GenAI models and solutions.
  
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Team-oriented mindset with mentoring abilities.
