Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Flipkart (Packing / Picking / Sortation / Receiving)

Location: [ Haringhata, Kalyani]

Job Type: Full-time / Shift-based

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Perform order picking and packing as per Flipkart standards

Assist in sortation of packages for dispatch

Receive, scan, and store inbound shipments in proper locations

Maintain inventory accuracy and proper labeling

Work in coordination with team to meet daily operational targets

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols inside the warehouse

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or Above

Age: 18 to 35 years

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Prior warehouse/logistics experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Basic reading and number handling

Shifts Available:

Day and Night shifts

Rotational weekly offs
