CPL Ground Classes Instructor - Pilot @ Delhi Air Hostess

Job Description

DAHA Pilot Training Academy is looking for an experienced Ground Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of syllabus subjects to train the next generation of commercial pilots. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and accurate cpl ground classes, mentoring students, and helping them prepare for dgca exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ground classes.
• Deliver classroom lectures in subjects such as Air Navigation, Meteorology, Air Regulations, Technical General, and Technical Specific.
• Develop study materials, mock tests, and assignments for students.
• Track student progress and provide individual mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Guide students through dgca registration and examination procedures.
• Ensure high standards of academic delivery and maintain discipline in the classroom.
• Coordinate with the academic head and contribute to course improvement strategies.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Commercial Pilot License) holder.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cpl theory training.
• Excellent knowledge of all theory subjects.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide aspiring commercial pilots.
• Knowledge of dgca exam pattern, regulations, and latest updates.
