Job Description
- Design IT architecture to support IT applications
- Focus on Information security, Active Directory management, Domain management
- Level 1 support for all Infrastructure related issues
- Coordinate and support unit IS & FMS teams for all IS related issues
- Design and upkeep of connectivity infrastructure across the organization
- Implementation & management of production environment
- Manage and consolidate inventory across all units
- Design new hardware and connectivity architecture for new implementations
- Responsible for implementation of third party interfaces
- Vendor management
- Server, network & firewall administration and support
- Coordinate with cloud team for latest version and patch upgrades
- Coordinate with outsourced team on SAP administration
- Define SLAs with outsourced teams on systems uptime and monitor SLA breach
- System security check, access controls, user id management
- Version upgrades, patch upgrades
- IST inventory management, procurement, preparing budgets
- Manage outsourced team and track issues logged.
- Track and monitor AMC renewals
- Scan latest technology development and adapt to IST environment to enhance performance
- Support end users in SAP/business applications to co-ordinate with SAP module leads
- Provide level 0 support wherever applicable.
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computers or related field.
- ITIL, CCNA certification is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of hardware and networking concepts
- Proficient in end user support
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Must be able to work as a team player as well as work independently with little to no supervision
- Must be an effective problem solver
- Internal: Unit IS Team, Outsourced support Team
- External: Cloud Team, Network Team, Datacentre Team & Tech Partners
Support organization in the designing IST architecture for all business applications. This role uses technical skills & capabilities to design IT hardware landscape for applications to be implemented in order to achieve expected business results. Expected to play server/database administrator role along with network administrator and handling FMS teams
