Senior Software Engineer - Mumbai - Rave @ Rave Technologies

Role Summary:

Experienced hands-on Technical expert required for a Mumbai based team working for a UK organization. Developing cutting-edge telephony and radio software in support of critical emergency services and transport infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate technical ability and leadership whilst gaining experience on a cutting-edge implementation using 4G telephony services to provide front-line communications to the UK emergency services - the first example of this being undertaken anywhere in the world

Qualification Criteria/Work Experience Essential:

• Excellent ability to understand and develop complex applications - based on a highly resilient and loosely coupled architecture

• A proven track record of taking ownership of technical issues and delivering solutions through to conclusion

• Ability to successfully develop detailed designs to deliver complex functionality.

• Able to work on complex designs from senior technical leads with minimum support guidance.

• Experience in communicating with customers and senior managers in the UK both verbally and in writing - essential

• Demonstrates good understanding of Microsoft architectural patterns and best practices.

• Keeps abreast of new technologies to ensure their skills are up to date and in line with changes in the market
