    Role Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

    Experience Level: Entry to Early Career (Freshers encouraged to apply!)

    Shift Options: Domestic | Middle East | International

    Work Schedule: 5 days/week

    Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in any stream


    Your Role & Impact

    • Lead Engagement: Interact daily with high-intent leads via calls, video consultations, and other dynamic channels.

    • Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales funnelfrom the first interaction to enrollment closure.

    • Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct personalized video consultations with parents or adult learners, promote trial sessions, and handle objections with empathy and clarity.

    • Target Achiever: Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue goals, becoming a key contributor to Planet Sparks growth.

    • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new learners.

    • Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and mentorship programs to keep evolving in your role.
