 Personal Banker Profile* *Program Name* : AGiLE Banker Program *Position* : Personal Banker (PB) *Location* : Pan India (As per banks requirement)   *About the AGiLE Banker Program* : The AGiLE Banker Program is a prestigious initiative by Bank aimed at grooming young professionals into skilled Personal Bankers. This is a job-assured program with blended learning (virtual + classroom) and on-the-job training.    *Job Role* : Personal Banker (Retail Branch Banking)   *Key Responsibilities* : - Serve walk-in customers at the branch and address their banking needs - Cross-sell banking products such as Savings/Current Accounts, FDs, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, and Loans - Handle customer queries related to transactions, accounts, and digital banking - Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets - Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank regulations - Support branch operations as required   Eligibility Criteria* :   *Education* : Any Graduate (Full-time; Final year students can apply if awaiting results) *Age* : Up to 27 years *Experience* : 02 years (Freshers encouraged to apply) *Communication Skills* : Good command over English and local language *Computer Skills* : Basic MS Office knowledge   Selection Process* : - Screening - Online Assessment (Aptitude + Communication) - Personal Interview (Virtual/Branch Level) - Final Selection & Offer   *Salary & Benefits* : - *Post confirmation* (Personal Banker Role): CTC up to 3.5 LPA (includes performance-linked incentives, PF, ESIC, etc.)   *Job Type* : Full-Time | On-roll with  Bank   *Career Path* : Fast-track growth to higher roles within 1824 months based on performance    *How to Apply* : - You are requested to share your  resume on below address with subject line "Application for Personal Banker " at hidden_email
