Provide technical expertise on MRO products to assist the sales team in customer interactions.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding market reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product positioning and sales efficiency.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Key Requirements:
6-7 years of experience in sales within an OEM, industrial, or MRO product domain.
Strong technical knowledge of MRO products, including tools, equipment, and industrial consumables.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
