Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive sales by engaging directly with key customers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support execution of sales strategies and drive revenue growth for retention sales teams.
  • Provide technical expertise on MRO products to assist the sales team in customer interactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product positioning and sales efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of experience in sales within an OEM, industrial, or MRO product domain.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MRO products, including tools, equipment, and industrial consumables.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
