Sell for Beauty and personal care category
11-member team covering pricing, planning, and merchandising.
Work with the concerned product managers to optimize category experience
Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products to the right customers
Drive customer engagement for the category to deliver strong customer retention
Work with Marketing, Account Management and central teams to drive visibility for the category
Drive daily Merch & promotions to reach the customer most effectively
Plan platform merchandising playbook for all sale events
Manage & develop traffic channels for the category & deliver traffic growth
Show RIGHT products & offers to drive conversion
Brand Launches & GTM detailed planning & execution
Drive Occasions charter to create meaningful engagement with prospective customers to drive acquisition
Own shopping experience for the category
Drive strong data insights for the business at the cohort level
Ensure regular tracking and reporting of growth levers both for input and output metrics
Work jointly with the marketing team to plan influencer, CRM & ATL/Social Media Campaigns
