Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to doctors via phone and schedule in-person appointments
Visit clinics and hospitals, wait patiently for doctors to become available
Deliver structured and engaging product demonstrations to doctors and staff
Explain the benefits and use-cases of our healthcare technology solution
Follow up consistently and provide clarifications until the doctor is confident to adopt the product
Maintain a record of visits, feedback, and queries
Travel extensively within and occasionally outside the city as required
Build trust through consistency, humility, and professionalism
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1+yrs years in medical sales, pharmaceutical fieldwork, or medical device/services promotion
Preferred Background: Pharma rep, medical equipment sales, or healthcare services marketing Education: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any field with relevant sales experience
Gender Preference: Male (due to the nature of frequent city and intercity travel)
Language: Fluent in English and local language (Kannada, Hindi, etc., based on region)
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
