Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive (Off-Roll) to support our daily warehousing operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse/inventory handling, good coordination skills, and a strong understanding of standard operating procedures in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities such as inbound, storage, outbound, and returns.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure accurate stock management, documentation, and reporting.
  
• Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
  
• Support in physical stock audits and cycle counts.
  
• Escalate operational issues to reporting manager and help in resolving them.
  
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
  
• Work in shifts as per business requirements.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and WMS tools.
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
