As part of our strategic expansion in the North American market, we are looking to strengthen our
front-line business development engine with a high-performing Senior Inside Sales Manager who
is passionate about consultative selling, outreach, and demand generation.
Role Summary:
As a Senior Inside Sales Manager US Market, you will play a key role in building a qualified sales
pipeline through structured outbound efforts, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and
digital prospecting. You will be the first point of contact in the customer journey and a key player
in aligning prospects with Gadgeons technology offerings.
This role requires a deep understanding of technology consulting, industry trends (especially
AI/GenAI), and B2B engagement practices in the US market. You will collaborate closely with
marketing and business development teams to generate meaningful conversations with C-level
executives and IT decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through cold calling and personalized LinkedIn
outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise accounts in
verticals such as Healthcare, Industrial IoT, Telecom, and Smart Infrastructure.
- Drive lead qualification and schedule meetings or discovery sessions with Business
Development or Solutioning teams.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to manage campaigns, track
engagement, and optimize results.
- Run email outreach and LinkedIn-based nurture campaigns in sync with marketing
initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to improve messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies.

- Contribute to GTM strategy refinement, account mapping, and territory planning for North
America.
- Maintain comprehensive records of prospect interactions and ensure data hygiene in CRM.
Core Requirements:
- 59 years of inside sales experience, with proven success in the US B2B technology space.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Outbound lead generation via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- C-Level executive prospecting and engagement
- Market research, segmentation, and account profiling
- Maintaining a healthy sales funnel and reporting on lead stages
- Running and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote setup.
- Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs and improve outreach efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have:
- Experience in selling IT services, software platforms, or digital transformation offerings.
- Understanding of modern technology stacks including AI, GenAI, Cloud, and IoT.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce).
- Experience in partnering with marketing teams to align messaging and GTM efforts.
- Prior work experience with globally distributed teams and international time zones.
