Job Requirements

We are seeking a qualified candidate with the following skills and experience:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in User Computer Patching: Hands-on experience in deploying and managing patches for end-user systems, ensuring compliance and security.
  
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Server Patching: Proven expertise in patching various server environments, including planning, scheduling, and executing patch deployments with minimal downtime.
  
• Knowledge of Patching Processes: Familiarity with industry-standard patching methodologies, tools, and best practices for maintaining system integrity and security.
  
• Experience in Change Management: Understanding of change management procedures and protocols, including documentation, impact assessment, and approvals to support a controlled IT environment.
  
• Team Coordination Skills: Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues during patching cycles.
