We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Blue Collar Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline and field-level roles such as delivery associates, warehouse staff, technicians, drivers, and other operational positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, strong sourcing strategies, and a deep understanding of the blue-collar talent landscape.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles across multiple locations.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., local networks, job fairs, WhatsApp groups, vendor networks, ITI colleges).
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support business demands
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation coordination with HR Ops.
Collaborate with external hiring partners and recruitment vendors.
Track and report hiring metrics (turnaround time, cost per hire, attrition, etc.).
Support employee branding initiatives to attract local talent.
Ensure compliance with labor and company hiring policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma
Minimum 1-2years of relevant experience in Recruitment
Experience with hiring delivery associates, warehouse staff, or similar roles.
Ability to handle recruitment drives and walk-ins independently.
Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and onboarding in a blue-collar setup.
