Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Tendering of different rake of railways ,MIS , Financials
- GPWIS movement .
- GPWIS complete operation.
- Railway coordination in the Division and Zonal level for day-to-day traffic and Liasioning .
- Coordinating with Indian Railways for allocation & traffic movements for smooth cargo operation of port.
- Goods Terminal Management, Data Analysis, MIS, Power Point Presentation
- Monitoring all commercial issues involving Railway Commercial as per port requirement.
- Ensuring Affordable TAT of the GPWIS rakes to hance NGR traffic credit.
- Planning for the movement of rakes in NGR system to achieve the budgeted target.
- Finalization of BPC based destinations for dispatching the rakes.
- Monitoring & coordinating with Railway traffic commercial for NGR credit.
- Manpower planning & management of Railway Services.
- Implementation of SOP, JSA, HIRA to strengthen safe work environment.
- Implementation & audit compliance of IMS, 5S, internal safety, commercial transaction.
- Monitoring & Coordinating of all MIS for business & KPI for services providers.
- Coordination with SECR Railway for allotment of rakes for intime supply to meet buffer stock
- Quantity declaration, Monthly return filing and despatch reconciliation with mining Dept and clearances
- Railway coordination with local station, divisional and zonal railway offices.
- Rake planning, coordination with railway authorities for supply against pending Indents
- Managing of Private Railway siding for traffic of more than 150 rakes in a month
- Handling Inward bulk material from import procedure to railway dispatch to plant.
