 Grievance Redressal Executive

Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting Customer Complaint Form
    • Guide customers in the completion and submission of the necessary paperwork.
    • Monitor the progress of document submissions and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, document submissions, and communication.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the ombudsman operations process.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new guidelines related to complaint handling

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer service or operations role.
    • Solid understanding of insurance products, policies, and claims procedures.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to complaint handling in the insurance industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting documents and reviewing submissions.
    • Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
    • Problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
