Job Description
- As a Process Design Engineer for our Water base Client, your primary responsibility will involve creating and organizing process documentation. You will be required to prepare and review various documents related to PT/STPs/ETPs, including HFC/HFD/Layout/P&I D/Other Mechanical & Process documents. Communication with Clients and Consultants for approvals and discussions will be a key part of your role. In this position, you will also oversee the day-to-day activities of design engineers, ensuring that projects are on track and meeting quality standards. Guiding engineers and draftsman on technical matters and assisting in the development of improved engineering design methods and practices will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be expected to provide site support either from the office or directly at the site as needed. Your extensive experience in design and engineering of various equipment such as Clarifiers, gates, screens, pumps & blowers, Thickeners, grit separators, Decanters, aeration systems, MBR/MBBR/ASP systems, chlorination systems, Centrifuge systems, RGFs, piping systems for plants, and cross country piping will be essential in this role. A strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards is also required. For this position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience for Graduates, particularly in Engineering (Civil/Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical). Alternatively, a Graduate in Chemical/Environmental Engineering with over 20 years of experience can also be considered. For junior positions, a BTech/BE in Chemical/Environmental with at least 4 years of experience is required.
