Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins for test bookings, queries, and follow-ups
Coordinate with lab operations and phlebotomy teams for home collection and report delivery
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all diagnostic tests, packages, and offers
Assist patients in understanding reports, turnaround times, and test preparation instructions
Manage and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
Ensure accurate entry of patient data in the system
Support backend coordination for sample tracking and report dispatch
What Were Looking For
0-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics
Excellent communication skills in English and local language
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
Strong patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
