Work From Office | Fixed Day Shift

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various functions of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Working Hours:

* Fixed Day Shift

* 6 Days Working | Sunday Off

Stipend & Offer Details:

* Stipend: 15,000/month for the first 3 months

* Based on performance, the internship may convert into a full-time permanent position

Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates

* Schedule and coordinate interviews

* Maintain and update HR databases

* Support onboarding and documentation processes

* Help organize employee engagement activities

* Assist in daily administrative HR tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

* Any graduate or final-year student can apply

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Passionate about building a career in HR

* Immediate joiners preferred
