Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Developer to assist in designing and implementing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces. This role blends user experience (UX) research and design with front-end development skills to deliver seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and has hands-on experience with design tools and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on user needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate designs into functional front-end code.
• Develop responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Participate in user research activities such as usability testing, surveys, and user feedback analysis.
• Support design consistency by implementing style guides, design systems, and UI standards.
• Optimize UI for performance and accessibility (WCAG compliance basics).
• Help troubleshoot and fix UI bugs across browsers and devices.
• Maintain documentation related to UX/UI designs and front-end implementation.
