Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator with 12 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Office 365 administration, Azure, web hosting, and basic networking, along with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Perform Azure administration tasks such as managing resources, users, permissions, and backups
- Handle web hosting setup, domain configurations, and website deployments
- Monitor and maintain Windows servers and user endpoints, ensuring system availability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and Microsoft Office-related issues
- Implement and manage user access controls, permissions, and group policies
- Provide basic networking support including configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ensure IT security standards are followed and assist with patch management
- Support software installations, updates, and license tracking
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Portal
- Familiarity with web hosting platforms and DNS/domain management
- Good understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Server 2016+)
- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Proficient in access and identity management
- Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and asset management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MD-102, or M365 Fundamentals)
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Experience with backup solutions and endpoint security tools
