Junior Lecturer - Mathematics, Physics - Part time @ TR Training

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and committed Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education, supporting senior faculty members, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students in Grades 11 and 12.

Subject Specialization (any one):

• Mathematics
  
• Physics
  

Please Note:
This is a residential role. Applicants should be willing to relocate and stay in the institution-provided hostel accommodation.

Role & responsibilities:

• Deliver subject-specific lectures to students of Classes 11 and 12.
• Design and implement lesson plans that align with the academic curriculum.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Address students' academic queries and foster active classroom participation
• Collaborate with senior faculty and academic coordinators to enhance teaching practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in subject matter (Maths or Physics).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Classroom and time management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-first mindset.
• Willingness to adapt and contribute to a collaborative academic environment.
