Responsibilities
- Analysing, advising, and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.
- Translate client requirements into SAP module specifications and configurations.
- Design SAP solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables.
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the SAP solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Create comprehensive documentation for SAP module configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Prepare regular status reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Develop training materials and user manuals.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP module features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to SAP module implementations. Support in developing and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Primary Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S4/HANA Sourcing and Procurement
- Hands-on experience in S4/HANA Private or Public Cloud and ability to demonstrate the S2P functionalities to business users
- Hands-on experience with a minimum of one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation project
- Experience with integration to other SAP modules like SD, FI/CO and EWM
- Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus
