UI Developer

High-Level Requirements:

• Develop responsive, clear, and visually appealing front-end components for the customer-facing clickable prototype.
• Implement UI elements that enable analysts and users to easily review AI outputs, understand confidence scores, flag exceptions, and make manual adjustments as part of the HITL workflow.
• Build dashboards and interactive tools providing transparency into AI decision processes and facilitating efficient human oversight.
• Work closely with UX designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration, real-time interaction, and a consistent user experience.
• Balance complexity and simplicity to make advanced AI insights accessible and actionable for both analysts and customers.

Job Spec:

• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience building customer-facing prototypes and production-ready UI components with a focus on data visualization and HITL.
• Knowledge of designing dashboards or tools that highlight confidence levels, alerts, and manual override capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on performance, usability, and responsive design.
