Job Description
Lead and manage the QA/QC department across production lines for HVAC air filters
and cleanroom components.
Implement zero-defect quality systems using tools like Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, Kaizen, and
Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Conduct rigorous incoming, in-process, and final inspections with documentation as per
ISO 9001:2015 and industry standards.
Design and implement audit protocols, CAPA systems, and non-conformance
management.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, EN779, ISO 16890, and GMP standards for HVAC
filtration products.
Establish and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality
Control Plans (QCPs).
Drive continuous improvement through actionable insights, metrics, and performance
dashboards.
Lead internal trainings and workshops to build a quality-first culture on the shop floor.
Work closely with R&D, Production, and Sales for seamless quality integration in new
product development.
Candidate Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial or relevant discipline (mandatory).
2 to 6 years of core experience in quality assurance within HVAC manufacturing,
especially air filters.
Strong knowledge of HEPA/ULPA/Pre/Bag/Panel filter specifications, testing methods,
and performance validation.
Practical exposure to automated inspection systems, ERP-integrated QA systems, and
lean quality tools.
Firm yet professional personality able to command discipline, enforce processes, and
resist compromise.
Demonstrated ability to manage audits, client inspections, and cross-functional quality
reviews.
Knowledge of latest QA tools and digital platforms (e.g., Power BI, QC ERP modules,
Smart Factory tools) is a plus.
Excellent documentation, communication, and people-management skills.
