Job Description

Company Description We are hiring for one of the largest NBFCs based out of Chennai. Role Description Own and Lead the digital lending business, organisational strategy, Omni Channel Strategy and product road map of Assisted and DIY lending portal and App. Launch of innovative products and improved credit scorecard to tap market share and increase profitability Strategic partner and vendor management to enable digital capabilities, API integrations under regulatory framework Data Driven Product Management building website, platforms & mobile apps (android & ios) from scratch and scale up Market, Competition, and Customer Research Ideation, Conceptualization and Prioritization Design Thinking (UI/UX) of customer journeys, Technical Development, Launch, and GTM A/B Testing and new features launch for better customer engagement and customer experience (NPS and CSAT). Tracking OKRs and metrics (adoption, Dau/Mau, MRR, retention, CLTV, CAC, playstore ratings, net promoter score) Spearheading UX/UI and Digital marketing initiative for new and existing customers growth and driving digital business numbers while nudging customers, tracking funnels, arresting drop offs and identifying process gaps Qualifications 14+ years of experience in Digital Product management in Banks/NBFC/Fintech Must have retail secured lending product management experience. Products such as wheels,PL,mobile loans, consumer loans, gold loans Deep domain knowledge and strategic mindset to ensure various projects are delivered from conceptualisation to implementation in the digital product journey. Ability to lead a large cross functional team product managers.,
