Job Description
- We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to become a valuable member of our IT team. Your primary responsibility will involve proposing innovative ideas for automated software testing procedures, identifying and resolving problematic areas, as well as tracking bugs that may impede software installation. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of software databases. Proficiency in developing well-structured test plans and cases is essential. In the event of non-conforming software programs, you will be required to thoroughly investigate the root causes. Your attention to detail and exceptional troubleshooting skills will be key assets in this role. If you possess a solid technical background and can effectively streamline testing activities, we are excited to welcome you to our team. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and prioritizing testing activities - Collaborating with the Design team to establish verification protocols - Recommending automated software testing procedures - Identifying software bugs and conducting root cause analysis - Creating automation scripts - Coordinating with the QA Engineer for software application implementation - Designing and overseeing software database installations - Coordinating with the System Analyst to finalize system procedures - Developing test plans and cases - Generating comprehensive test reports - Prioritizing and executing tests - Reviewing technical specifications and design documents - Conducting regression testing as necessary - Monitoring assurance metrics and process outcomes The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: - Profound understanding of automation systems and databases - Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Basic knowledge of scripting and related processes - Expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio, and Cucumber - Comprehension of testing protocols - Familiarity with various testing methods including white box and black box testing - Understanding of the software development lifecycle - Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities If you possess the required skills and knowledge to excel in this role, we look forward to having you join our team.,
