We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (React JS Developer), an Associate Cloud DevOps Architect, an Associate QA Engineer, and a Front-End Developer for a product company. The position involves working with various technologies, including React and Angular, in line with concepts such as domain-driven design with micro-frontends/component-based architecture. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing industry-standard, maintainable, and responsive web applications using html/CSS. The candidate we are looking for should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and usability. This person should thrive in a fast-paced agile environment. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Implement solutions through coding, debugging, and defect fixing following industry standards and best practices. - Collaborate with team members to generate ideas and offer insightful solutions. - Analyze functional requirements and participate in research work, providing technical recommendations. - Work on both front and back-end development. - Mentor and coach junior team members. - Identify risks when adding features to the product. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as Product Management, Architecture group, and R&D/Delivery teams. **Experience / Skills Required:** - Minimum 7 years of overall experience in web application development. - 4+ years of experience using React. - Excellent OOPs and programming concepts using TypeScript. - Proficiency in using JavaScript platforms and frameworks, particularly with React. - Hands-on experience in coding and debugging web server applications. - Strong ability to express ideas as part of a creative team. - Capacity to meet deadlines and think strategically. - Good understanding of relational databases, designing, implementing, and problem-solving. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. **Exposure to the following would be a plus:** - Mobile development (iOS/Android). - Scrum/Agile methodology. - Proficiency in various programming languages. - Knowledge of Angular.,
