Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Map customer service requests on Google My Maps platform.
  
• Create POIs (Points of Interest) for various services offered by the bank.
  
• Utilize GIS tools to analyze data and optimize map layouts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate mapping of branches, ATMs, and other locations.
  
• Provide excellent voice support through phone calls to customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in chat process, email process, gis, google maps, mapping, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of banking industry operations and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
