Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Content Writers/Marketing professionals to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing, working closely with our seasoned professionals. You will play a crucial part in crafting engaging content that reflects our brand voice and supports our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage high-value content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and video content, tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
- Brainstorm and develop creative content strategies.
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
- Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns to suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and alignment on goals
- Lead all SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, and link-building.
- Work closely with development and design teams to ensure all digital assets support SEO goals
Prerequisites:
- Experience of 4-5 years working.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with social media content management systems (CMS) Wordpress, Drupal etc..
- Deep understanding of SEO concepts and best practices.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and driving business impact.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to identify trends and improve marketing strategies.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to produce content on various topics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of CRM - Hubspot would be beneficial.
