Sourcing and screening the profiles according to job requirements.
Cold calling the candidates and checking fitment
Sharing the profiles to client and scheduling the interviews
Follow up the candidate until he joins the organization
Well versed with the job portals like Naukri, monster, LinkedIn
Good exposure in Contract to Hire and permanent staffing.
Maintaining the hiring tracker.
Preferred candidate profile
Good Communication Skills
Good Knowledge on Niche category Hiring
Candidate who passed graduation after 2019 can only apply..
Details:
Working days- Monday to Friday
Timings- 9:30 to 6:30
Working from office
