Designation: Sr Sales Enginner
Location Preference: Chennai
Profile
Graduate Mechanical Engineer or equivalent or MBA
Experience
01 to 4 years of experience in international business development, sales, and
marketing management, preferably in industrial sector.
Job Responsibilities and Skills
Prospecting for business for the company in Respective Region.
Conversant with bidding activities especially for Industrial Segments.
Shall be responsible for key accounts handling.
Establish and maintain a professional sales & Business Development
culture.
Ensure effective working relationships with staff, customers, vendors and
contractors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage sales personnel, including leading, motivating
and challenging people.
Ability to successfully work within a team and manage change positively.
Ability to create a productive sales culture and develop the sales
management skills of the team.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, delegate work and follow
up.
Proven selling and negotiating skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven interpersonal and presentations skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
