Technical Consultant - FS CRM @ Preludesys

Job Description

As an Technical Consultant will:

• Design and implement custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service using Power Platform, JavaScript, C#, plugins, and custom workflows.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules within the Field Service app.
• Develop and extend components including Work Orders, Bookings, Resources, Incidents, and Agreements.
• Implement Field Service Mobile app customizations and troubleshoot sync or offline issues.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and APIs.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in customizing and configuring Microsoft D365 Field Service to optimize field operations, work order handling, and resource scheduling.
• Experienced in building Power Apps with JavaScript, Business Process Flows (BPF), and business rules for enhanced user experience and process automation.
• Skilled in creating automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline and integrate business processes across Microsoft and third-party platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and deploying custom plugins and workflows in Dynamics 365 to extend and automate platform functionality.
• Knowledgeable in using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions to build scalable, event-driven solutions and integrate cloud-based services seamlessly.
