Job Description
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Business Requirements : Ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable backend solutions.
- Backend Development : Hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js , and related backend frameworks for building high-performance applications.
- API Development : Strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing RESTful and GraphQL APIs .
- Database Management : Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, ensuring optimized data handling.
- Cloud Services : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
- Authentication Security : Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, and session management to build secure applications.
- Microservices Event-Driven Architecture : Experience in developing microservices-based architectures , message brokers like Kafka/RabbitMQ , and event-driven systems.
- Performance Optimization : Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable backend code, implementing best practices for performance and security.
- Testing Debugging : Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing , and debugging tools like Mocha, Jest, or Postman .
- String experience in Nest JS
- CI/CD DevOps : Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins , and modern CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Version Control : Proficiency in Git , ensuring structured branching and repository management.
- Agile SDLC : Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and best practices for software development.
- Continuous Learning : Passion for staying updated with the latest trends in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend technologies .
