Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical hirings, from sourcing to offer closure.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring goals.
Craft compelling job pitches and narratives to attract top talent.
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms; maintain a strong network.
Create and publish job postings across relevant channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring records.
Stay active on job boards and social platforms to identify quality prospects.
