Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- User Interface and User Experience Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Product Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept to final implementation.
- Ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Design Systems and Guidelines:
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for and implement design standards that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Data-Driven Design:
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and iteratively improve user experiences.
- Balance qualitative and quantitative data to create user-centered design solutions.
- Mentorship and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Lead design review sessions and present design solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects and product development skills.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with design systems and user-centered design methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
