- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions.
SDLC and Agile:
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
UI Development :
- Design and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.
Complex State Management: - Expertise in managing complex application states effectively.
Routing Strategy: - Ability to design and implement efficient routing strategies for web applications.
UI Architecture :
- Skilled in defining the overall UI architecture for scalable and maintainable applications.
Third-Party Integrations :
- Proficiency in integrating third-party libraries into projects.
Build Process :
- Ability to define and optimize the build process for efficient deployment.
Project Rules :
- Experience in setting up and enforcing rules to be followed in a project .
Authentication Integrations :
- Understanding of various authentication mechanisms and their integrations.
Tech Agnosticism:
- Open to learning and applying new technologies as required.
Problem Solving :
- Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.
Team Leadership:
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of 3-5 members.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and integration of solutions.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a vibrant and youthful team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment.
Continuous Learning:
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in React development.
