We're looking for an IT Recuiter for our team.
Experience with Contract Staffing is Mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals for contract positions across various technologies and domains.
- Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Dice), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and professional networks to identify candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and fit for contract roles.
- Understand client requirements in detail technical stack, project duration, budget, and compliance needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to clarify job descriptions and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to manage feedback, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and join timelines with candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Track contract renewal timelines and proactively work on redeployment or replacement if needed.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 1-3 Years in Staffing/Recuitment Industry
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
- Willing to work from Office 5 Days
