Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and Python, along with good knowledge of modern databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL. This is a remote position offering flexible full-time or part-time engagement, ideal for passionate developers who are eager to work on meaningful tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Redux, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python (preferably with frameworks like Django or Flask)
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a startup environment
• Good communication skills
• Availability for flexible hours (depending on part-time or full-time engagement)
