UI/UX Designer @ Squareops

Job Description

Job Overview:
Were looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in designing web-based digital products. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering clean, scalable, and intuitive user experiences across our SaaS platform and other web based tools.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand product goals and user needs.
Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile platforms with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate product requirements into user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure consistency in design patterns, color schemes, typography, and visual elements across all products.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based B2B or SaaS products.
A strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, dashboards, flows, admin tools, data visualization, etc.
Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Solid understanding of UX principles, web accessibility, and interaction design.
Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
Ability to break down complex user journeys into intuitive flows and layouts.
Strong communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving design feedback.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with developer handoff workflows and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
Prior exposure to a fast-paced product team or early-stage startup environment.
