Senior Developer - Reactjs @ Beyond Key

Job Description

• Build and maintain scalable web apps using React JS and Redux Toolkit.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on end-to-end features.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Follow modern front-end architecture and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and recommend improvements.

• 5+ years in front-end development with a focus on React JS.
• Demonstrated success in SaaS or enterprise product development.

• Expert in React (hooks, functional components, performance tuning)
• Advanced Redux Toolkit usage for state management .
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with build tools (eg, Webpack, Vite) and testing (eg, Jest, RTL)
• Familiar with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Able to work independently or within a team
• High attention to detail and code quality
