Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube
Develop and manage our newsletter and email campaigns, ensuring clear, consistent, and valuable communications
Produce educational, narrative-driven posts rooted in finance, ethics, leadership, and innovation
Develop a consistent voice that honors NYIFs academic identity
Represent the Institutes core values to both future learners and global alumni
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and program leads to surface content worth telling
Maintain publishing cadence and monitor audience engagement with care
Work closely with our graphics and web teams to coordinate visual assets and digital content delivery

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years experience in content writing, academic communications, or editorial media
Excellent written English - clear, structured, and error-free
Strong understanding of tone, rhythm, and narrative design
Familiarity with financial education or professional development is a plus
Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Notion, Buffer, or similar platforms for content scheduling, email distribution, and campaign management
