Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including revenue growth and market expansion.
  
• Lead a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to drive business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in general insurance industry with expertise in agency channel management.
  
• Strong understanding of motor insurance products (POSP) and ability to sell them effectively.
  
• Excellent team handling skills with experience managing teams across multiple channels (agency & corporate).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets under pressure situations.
