Job Description

Role: Associate Software Engineer (HTML)

Experience: 1- 3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web pages using semantic, accessible HTML5 and modern CSS practices.

2. Collaborate closely with designers to implement UI/UX designs effectively.

3. Ensure responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility across modern browsers.

4. Add basic interactivity using JavaScript and jQuery (as required).

5. Optimize code for performance, while keeping SEO and web accessibility best practices in mind.

6. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for coding standards.

7. Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and third-party services effectively.

8. Handle errors gracefully and ensure robust frontend-side validation and fallbacks.

Requirements:

1. 1- 3 years of hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3.

2. Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with jQuery or frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

3. Experience integrating APIs and working with third-party services.

4. Basic understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

5. Familiarity with browser compatibility issues and debugging.

6. Experience working with version control systems like Git.

7. Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and semantic code.
