Job Description

Hiring at Vee Technologies: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Experience: 2+
Location: Salem
Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am

Work mode: WFO
Key Responsibilities:

2+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
Process and schedule AP transactions in compliance with company policies and GAAP.
Experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred)
Ensure timely disbursement of payments via checks and electronic transfers.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers.
Manage vendor database, ensuring accuracy of records.
Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies.
Support monthly and annual close processes.
Assist with 1099 reporting and IRS compliance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
